Summary: The unit has great potential but needs some TLC. The walls and baseboards need a cleaning. The beds need support they are very very soft. The backyard had a bunch of old metal chairs that were leaning on the house kinda rusty and broken. Two of the chaise lounges also needed repair. The master closet had home repair items in it that shld be stored somewhere else. The house advertises as pet free but the couch was covered in pet hair and the yard had several piles of dog poop. The owner was very responsive and I told him of some items at check in but it just felt like there was so much that could have been better. There was also an overwhelmingly smell of air freshener when entering the house. Please get rid of some of the plug ins. It has the potential to be amazing and is a good price but it does need some work.
