TIME TO GETAWAY-BOOK NOW! NOTE: We will continue to sanitize knobs, handles, hard surfaces, toilet, shower, TV remote, light switches etc. to ensure the utmost cleanliness. We also provide hand sanitizer for our guests use. Those of us who clean our properties are fully vaccinated against COVID19. This apartment is a bright and cozy one bedroom/one bathroom space with a fully equipped kitchen on the second floor of a home converted into 3 separate units located on Main Street right in the middle of downtown Loudonville. It is upstairs from another one of our VRBO nightly rentals but has it's own private entrance. As you enter the foyer you ascend 5 steps into the living room which has a large picture window overlooking Main street. In the living room there is a window air conditioner for the summer, ceiling fan, and an open flame natural gas heater for winter time use only, and HDTV, cable and WIFI. There is a bright eat-in kitchen that is fully equipped. We provide coffee, tea, creamers, sugar. The bathroom has a small shower, sink and toilet. We do not provide a hairdryer. The bedroom has a brand new firm queen bed with 3" memory foam topper, high thread count sheets, large closet and large window making the room bright and cozy. Every inch of this space has been freshly painted. New windows with screens installed in 2017 so you can open them for fresh air if you don't like a/c. NO PETS. NO SMOKING/NO VAPING. There is also another one bedroom apartment downstairs (private entrance) so those larger families can stay in the same building. I do expect my guests to do their own dishes and tidy up after themselves. If you're staying in the area for a special event but don't want to drive to and from it, we do have the name of a person who can help but arrangements would have to be made ahead of time.
