NOTE: We will continue to sanitize knobs, handles, hard surfaces, toilet, shower, TV remote, switches, etc., and wash towels and bedding in hot water and dry at the highest setting to ensure utmost cleanliness. We provide hand sanitizer for our guests use. Those of us who clean our properties have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Fully furnished, clean, uncluttered, first floor one bedroom apartment downtown in the heart of Mohican Country. Accommodates one or two with a queen bed with memory foam topper, newly renovated bathroom with tub/shower combo, living room with HDTV (40"), WIFI, cable, faux fireplace insert for ambiance and fully equipped kitchen. We do not provide a hairdryer but do have a small ironing board, iron and full length mirror. Convenient off street parking just steps away. Four steps lead up to the deck and the front door. Has window air unit in the bedroom and has central gas heat and ceiling fan in living room. This apartment is located in the rear of the building (behind Main Street). It is conveniently located within walking distance to several fast food restaurants, coffee shops, an old fashioned ice cream parlor, quaint shops, canoe livery, library and all that Loudonville and the surrounding area has to offer. There is another newly remodeled, fully equipped apartment in the same building but with a separate private entrance so we can accommodate larger families or friends by renting both apartments - it is UPSTAIRS. No smoking or vaping. I do expect my guests to do their own dishes and tidy up after themselves. You will need to bring your own sleeping accommodations for your baby such as a pack-n-play. There is a business in the front of the building so there is a shared wall in the living room; you may hear voices from time to time during the day. If you are staying in the area for a special event and don't want to drive to and from it, we have someone who can help but prior arrangements would have to be made.
