This remodeled 1921 house is located in the historic Mapleton Hill neighborhood. Fantastic location if you're interested in an extended getaway while working remotely, if required, or while your own property is being remodeled. We're just a few blocks from Mt. Sanitas, North Boulder Park, and the west end of Pearl St Mall. Just over a mile walk to CU campus. You can leave your car and walk, bike, or bus to just about everything. The house has been renovated with many modern touches. Backyard is perfect for hosting friends and includes a built-in gas grill.
This property requires a 30-day minimum. We are currently looking for a 3-month rental but will consider any rental length. Rental license: RHL-00995513
