Summary: The hotel was amazing, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room we were upgraded to was great, the mattresses were really soft and the pillows were nice, the balcony was an amazing addition. The only concern we had with the place was the smell of damp, but we opened the balcony doors and that helped a lot.
