3 Bedroom Villa in Moscari
This is a lovely house surrounded by a beautiful countryside and the mountains of Moscari and Selva. If offers all the comfort to make your holiday an unforgettable experience.
The garden is very well kept – there is a purple Bougainvillea that flowers in spring and summer, there are some pots with flowers and a 10 m2 lawn area. The garden has a barbeque, just by the porch, where you will be able to enjoy open air dinners with your friends and family. The plot is completely fenced and the 6 x 4 meters pool is the perfect place to have a good time with your children. You can as well relax in one of the 2 sun beds!
The living room, with air conditioning (only cold air) and a balcony, has a comfortable sofa where you can have a little nap or watch TV. The kitchen has everything you might need during your holiday: toaster, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric oven, vitro ceramic hob, fridge and a lot more. There is washing machine, iron and ironing board. The back terrace has really nice views to the mountains, a chill out area for your breakfasts and stairs that go the pool and garden area. This is a cosy 3-roomed house, ideal for couples with children or little groups of friends. Two bedrooms come with a double bed each while the third has two twin beds. There are 2 bathrooms with bathtub.
The surroundings of the house are beautiful and are perfect for cycling and hiking. In spring or winter, when it rains heavily on the island, we recommend you to visit Ses Fonts Ufanes. After heavy rainfalls, water gushes up from the ground and turns the oak wood into a river. Selva, Moscari, Caimari and Mancor de la Vall are quite close and there you can still breathe the genuine flair of Mallorca. A 30 minutes' drive takes you to the north coast and to amazing beaches like Can Picafort or Playa de Muro.
