Enjoy new bedding (your comfort is important to us!), a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances (perfect for the chef in your group), and sparkling clean bathrooms stocked with towels and toiletries (no need to bring your own!). Relax by the pool after an exciting day out in the city, or challenge your group to a friendly game of indoor pool.

We’re also conveniently located just 15 minutes from the Phoenix Airport and downtown Phoenix, and only 8 minutes to the Mayo Clinic.

-The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :)
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $2,000. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
