Summary: This place is as advertised. It’s very well done. The house is well remodeled in a part of Cincinnati that I love because it central to everything. I’m going to give you an honest review that will set the other reviews straight. Communication with the host is the best I’ve ever had. I’ve stayed at dozens of VRBO’s and ones from other sites. I even got married at one last year. They are very responsive and will accommodate to the best of their ability anything you need. I did have an issue with the amount of guests and it’s something I didn’t quite understand. When it says the max is 8 overnight guests that does not mean that only 8 people can sleep there. It means that you can’t have more than 8 people in the house at a time. I didn’t know this until I had already paid and then got the house rules. Just something you need to know. In regards to the house, there were some small issues that other people have commented on and I feel have blown way out of proportion. Yes the house wasn’t spotless. But it was very well cleaned and we had no issues with it at all. The beds aren’t super comfortable but we had no issues sleeping while there. They do lock off a few of the doors and the door locking can be tricky but use some common sense and you’ll be just fine. There’s plenty of kitchen equipment even for a home cook like me. We did run out of toilet paper and paper towels but we were there for 5 days so we just replenished what we used. We will surely stay here again every time we visit family in Cincinnati. As nice as the house was especially with the very fair price, the superb communication with the host, and the perfect location, it’s a no brainer.
