Welcome to our Luxe Stay, close to everything in Jacksonville! Our 1-bedroom apartment has been thoughtfully curated to help you create memories while away from home. 10 minutes to Atlantic, Neptune and Jacksonville Beaches where you can also find many restaurants and shops and minutes to St John Town Center where you the best luxury stores and upscale to casual restaurants.
Furnished with a queen bed and queen air mattress to accommodate 4 people. We have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Free Wifi, Smart TV, community amenities (gym, pool, etc). Our kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and stocked with all the necessities you need to prepare simple meals, and a Keurig to enjoy a fresh cup of Joe in the morning.
Everything in the apartment is yours to use, so please make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Smart TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy!

Trash
All trash must be disposed of in the designated black trash bin and should never be left outside of the property after valet trash services have been completed. Trash can be placed outside of the unit in the designated black bin between 6-8 pm daily and must be placed back in the unit by 9 am the following morning.
Parking
All guest should comply with the parking regulations and requirements. Please show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood. There is plenty of parking available, spaces are first come first serve. Please do not park in front of neighboring garages or in Reserved Parking spaces, doing so will result in your car being towed at your expense.
Visitors & Noise
No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. All guests have to be registered. The reservation should include the total number of guests – The maximum property capacity is 4 people. Exceeding agreed-upon guest reservation is cause for cancellation and removal.
Parties and Gatherings are strictly prohibited
We ask that you respect our home and help us strive to be good neighbors, we have a zero-tolerance for parties or gatherings. Quiet time is from 10:00 PM-9:00 AM daily. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor to detect noise level inside of our home. Please also be mindful of voice levels while using the outdoor balcony and common spaces. The number of people inside the home may not exceed the reserved guest amount at any time. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. If removal is required, it will be done at the guest's expense. Thank you for respecting the community and our commitment to be a good neighbor.
Child Safety
Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for children under the age of 2, our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion. Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.
