-There is NO garbage disposal. Please dispose of food remnants in the trash can provided.
-Flush ONLY TOILET PAPER please. We are on a septic system and this is critical to the health of the system.
-Colorado is a high fire risk area. No fires on the property outside of the gas fire pit, gas grill and fire place.
-Due to this risk we also do not provide candles and ask that guests refrain from using candles on the property.
**No smoking or vaping. No marijuana products of any kind due to the potent odor of this product in all forms. *a minimum $250 additional cleaning fee will be applied when there is evidence of smoking/vaping/marijuana use
-No parties- Please do not book this property if you intend to host a big party.
