Fully equipped for your stay in Paris, this flat offers the perfect base from which to explore all the beautiful sights the city has to offer. This apartment is ideal for a couple looking for a budget-friendly choice in Paris! The flat features a bright and colourful living space with tiled floors and wood beamed ceilings. The apartment looks out over the charming Rue Laplace below. The living area is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, coffee tables, a decorative fireplace, flat screen TV with local channels and more. The sofa converts into a comfortable double bed to sleep two guests. Luxurious bedding, pillows, sheets and linens are provided. A free Wi-Fi connection is available through the flat. You’ll also find a dining table and chairs for 4, should you fancy dining in one evening instead of going out to one of Paris’s best restaurants. There is a fully equipped kitchenette complete with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, two-plate stove, microwave oven with a grill function, coffee maker, teakettle and more. Full sets of cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots and pans to help you cook some of the delicious French produce available at the market nearby. An iron and board are provided for your convenience should you need to do some light pressing. There is no washing machine in the apartment, but there is a Laundromat located nearby where you can do your washing. Just off the entryway is the bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. Luxurious and fluffy bath towels are provided for two guests. There is also a hair dyer in the flat so no need to pack one! Complementary toilet rolls, shower gel, shampoo and hand soap are also included to start of your stay. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning but we will be happy to provide you with fans for your stay should warm temperatures be in the Paris weather forecast. A member of our Welcoming Team will meet you upon arrival, give you the keys and entry codes, a tour of the apartment and its appliances, help you to connect to the Wi-Fi and more. You’ll have access to a personal guidebook with suggestions on where to eat and shop in Paris as well as things to do in Paris. The Notre Dame Cathedral and gorgeous Ile de la Cite are 5 minutes walk and are not to be missed on any trip to Paris! You are always just steps from the hugely popular St Michel, St Germain and Jardin des Plantes neighborhoods. At your doorstep you’ll find a huge array of restaurants, bistros, cafés, ice cream parlours, florists, artisan chocolatiers, art galleries and much more! There are also the infamous market streets of Rue Monge and Rue Mouffetard nearby which are alongside a wide variety of cafes, restaurants, butchers, grocers and more! Within walking distance of the apartment is the fantastic Pantheon, burial place of Napoleon and many other infamous French icons. The Jardin des Plantes is 10 minutes walk away also - perfect for a morning jog, afternoon picnic or sunset stroll. This apartment is just next to the Maubert Mutualité Métro station (Line 10) where you’ll find a wonderful fresh food market twice per week with the award-winning fromager Laurent Dubois and many other food stalls. The Line 10 makes it simple to access other areas of the capital. Just hop on the Metro to reach the Marais, Montmartre and the Sacre Cœur, the Eiffel Tower and more! Access to the Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airports is easy with the link to the RER from the nearby Saint-Michel-Notre-Dame Métro station. A valid credit card must be provided at the check-in for a pre-authorization of the damage deposit. This deposit will be returned to you after the checkout, provided no damage is caused to the flat. Late check-in: In the instance that you arrive between 7:00PM and 9:00PM there will be a 30 € late check-in fee, if you arrive even later, between 9:00PM and 11:00PM the check-in fee will be 50 €. Between 11:00PM and 1:00AM the check-in fee will be 80 €. After 1:00AM there will be a 100€ check-in fee.
