Huge parking pad and covered parking space. Only 3 minutes from downtown Ellijay & 15 minutes to downtown Blue Ridge! Perfect for the traveler who likes to explore the areas of Gilmer and Fannin County.
This smoke free and pet free unit was completely remodelled in 2023. The owner has strong pet allergies. Please respect.
The kitchen is provided with a cook top. We provide a small counter top oven for your baking needs.
After arriving at the paved driveway and parking your car, you will step onto the spacious porch that leads you to the front door which opens to a cozy open-concept living room.
The home has 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a queen bed, 2 full bathrooms and a spacious well-equipped kitchen with dining area. It is ideal for 2 couples, friends or a family of 4. As a bonus, there is a washer and dryer for all your laundry needs. Across the street from the lot spans a long stretch of now-unused historical train tracks.
