Although the home is in a neighborhood with other homes it is extremely quiet and peaceful. A comfortable and easy 5 minute walk to downtown historic Haysville on sidewalks to visit Nocturnal brewing, Copper Door Fine Dining, Angelo's Pizza or Black Dog Tavern. Ideal stay for motorcycles with room under the carport for motorcycle parking, hiking, lake and stream fishing enthusiasts. Space to park a boat trailer. Great place to relax centrally located (10 to 20 minutes) to Young Harris, Hiawassee, Murphy & Blairsville. 3 miles to Chatuge Dam boat ramp for picnics, walking or boating
