✦ You will have access to the entire chalet including the outdoor spaces.
✦ You will have access to the waterfront from the Halte des Trois-Milles land, since the owners of this land share its use with the entire surrounding population.
✦ There is a bedroom (Bedroom A in the photo album) on the ground level with a double bed.
A full bathroom with shower is on the same level. You'll find the washer and dryer in that area.
The well decorated living room equipped with futon (sofa-bed), smart TV and next to the granule fireplace is also on the ground level.
A small work desk is available in the common area of the ground level.
✦ There are 2 bedrooms on the Upper level, a full bathroom with bath/shower and the access to the front and back balcony.
Bedroom B: One Double Bed with Small Smart TV. The baby equipment are stocked in the bedroom storage.
Bedroom C: One Bunk-bed (Double bed at the bottom and single bed on top)
✦ A dining table sitting 6 guests comfortably and a fully equipped kitchen are presented in an open space on the top floor.
✦ An outdoor dining area sitting 6 guests is at your disposition. Eat with your group while enjoying the fire pit and the sound of the nature. You have access to a BBQ on the back balcony and we provide the propane.
✦ There are 2 full bathrooms. One has a glass shower and one has a shower-bath.
✦ When you book with us, you receive a Guest Manual that contains instructions for enjoying the chalet, as well as nearby shops, restaurants, and things to do.
✸ You have access to the entire premises, indoor and outdoor. We have 2 indoor stockrooms and one outdoor garage that we keep locked for our personal belongings.
✸ You have access to the waterside from the Halte des Trois-Milles site, in the same way as all the surrounding population.
*CAMERAS & NOISE SENSOR*
There are security cameras the chalet that overlook the entrance.
Parties are FORBIDDEN at the chalet. We also have a Noise Aware sound device to alert us if the sound level reaches a limit. We are counting on you to maintain a good relationship with the community. Our neighbours live on site all year round and are sensitive to excessive noise. They won't hesitate to complain to the police if they are disturbed. Please respect the community.
*FIREPLACE / LOGS*
There is an outdoor fireplace at your disposal, but it is not cleared of snow in winter. If you want to use the outdoor fireplace It is your responsibility to clear the access. 8 logs are provided to guests from April to the end of October. You can buy some near the chalet, I will send you the address prior to your arrival in the guest manual. We provide the granule to make a fire in the granule fireplace.
*CELLULAR NETWORK*
Note that there is no cellular network at the chalet. You will need to use the internet to make your calls online.
*TV*
There is a smart television, but there's no cable channels on it. You will be able to connect your Netflix, Disney, Youtube etc. account on it.
