Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: a living room kitchen. Upstairs: a landing with lounge area, a bathroom (shower, basin and wc), a bedroom with 1 double bed. 140x190 (including storage and desk) giving access to a second small bedroom with 1 single bed. 90x190 (including storage and desk). At the back of the gîte, a lean-to contains the laundry room and storage (type bicycles, etc.). In front of the gîte: paved terrace of 9 m² and garden area with fixed barbecue of 80 m², all delimited by gates and boxwood hedge. Dedicated parking space, for 2 vehicles easily. Gite adjoining a garage not used by the owners and located more generally in a property of at least 4000 m² with a park full of trees and flowers. Ker Désirée is a little nest nestled in the garden of an old, typically renovated farmhouse. We don't say that everything that is small is cute! Pleasantly decorated by Armel and Muriel, with nods to black and white postal calendars, Ker Désirée, with cocooning comfort, is nevertheless large enough to offer you peace and nature. Really located between land and sea, it will be a perfect place to discover all of the Côtes d'Armor (RN12 at 650 m). Among other things, you will be able to discover Binic, 'beauty spot of the Côtes d'Armor' 17 km away on the coast, just like Paimpol 33 km and ... 6 km further on the pier for the Ile de Bréhat. An original outing 9 km to the Zooparc de Trégomeur can be scheduled. More broadly, you will be halfway (60 km) between Perros Guirec (the famous Côte de Granit Rose) and Cap Frehel (the sumptuous Côte de Penthièvre). Visits and idleness in perspective!
