Located only a short 5 min drive to interstate 15! No long winding roads yet you are located in the country on top of beautiful rolling hills. Surrounded by agricultural land and many horse properties. You will enjoy 360 degree views of the rolling hills and mountains.
Expansive concrete driveway makes parking easy. Bring your skate board or roller skates! Our Palapa dining area has some of the best views and lighting for your Alfresco dining pleasure.
Guest access
You will have full access to the main house, backyard, pool, jacuzzi, palapa, and the surrounding areas. The avocado grove is off limits because it is a working grove. We ask that you please do not pick the avocados. You are however welcome to the citrus trees, persimmon tree, and peach tree when in season.
Other things to note
There is a Guest house on the property where our Ranch care taker lives. He takes care of the avocado grove and does not have access to the Bar, Pool, or Jacuzzi area. It is very likely you'll never run into the care taker or see him. He only works in the grove.

We are a family friendly neighborhood with a no parties policy. We have working security cameras on the premises that are motion activated. They record for about 30/45 seconds once motion activated. 1 at the front gate, 1 at the front door, 1 on the driveway, 1 in the bar, and 1 camera at the pool. The pool camera captures the pool and the back of the bar but does not capture the jacuzzi area or the palapa area. We started with one camera but unfortunately more cameras had to be installed due to past guest experience’s. We respect your privacy and hope you can understand these cameras are for security purposes only and to manage any damages done to the property only. Upon check out if there are no damages done to the property all camera footage is deleted.
