Es Rafalot de Bellarural is an excellent rural country house to spend your holidays in Majorca, with all comfort perfectly integrated into a typical Majorcan house.
On the ground floor you will find a wide hall, living-room, dining-room, 2 bedrooms (a double one and a single one), a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and access to the pool, a wine cellar and 2 bathrooms , one of them en-suite. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms with a / c.
Around the house you will find terraces, a porch with barbecue and dining table, a private swimming-pool, a table tennis, trees, gardens, a vegetable path available for our guests ... with a total area of more than 35500m2.
It's the perfect place to relax and spend your perfect holidays.
The house is from 1866 and it was reformed in 1988, with extra reforms made in 2014. With the reform the owners enhanced the elegance and architectural character of the typical Majorcan house.
Without leaving apart nowadays comfort, the house transmits the peace and quietness of Majorca in its pure essence, which let you take part in the island's calm.
Due to the owners passion for enology, the house has a wine cellar with wines at your disposal (at cost price)
We want you to the take the best from our island and enjoy it the way we do: just relaxing and appreciating the most important things in life.
We are a Majorcan family which used the finca as a second residence. Since June 2014 we are renting the house to guests all over the world and by now it has been a really nice experience.
