We welcome you to a beautiful Breton house whose renovation has just been completed for your next vacation, with family or friends.
The TREV'VILLA has been classified 4 stars by the federation of Tourist Offices of Finistère (OT 29).
The TREV’VILLA IS LOCATED 100 meters walk from the beaches and 300 meters from the magnificent port of Trevignon in TREGUNC in southern Brittany.
Ideal house for 2 to 3 families: with its wooded and closed garden of 1500 m2, its 7 bedrooms, its 3 shower rooms, its 2 kitchens, its 3 TV lounges.
Everything is there to welcome you for your vacation.
Villa composed of a main residence (10 people) and an adjoining duplex (4 people).
You will find there all the necessary comfort of new equipment with 4 large 160x200 beds, 4 single beds and 2 bunk beds 90x190.
Beds are made upon arrival.
Towels are available for hire on request, count 100 € cleaning fee on your departure.
The 1500m2 landscaped garden has a children's play structure with slide, two swings, a pétanque court and a ping-pong table.
