Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Our room was spacious and comfortable with a view onto a field. The agreeable owner greeted us with a welcoming drink. There is private and secure parking in the adjoining car park. The breakfast was excellent, including smoked salmon, delicious local cheeses, and an omelette. The hotel also provides supper but we did not avail ourselves of this. We can certainly recommend the hotel for an overnight stay (it is located around a 30-minute drive from Leuven).

Negative: There was no shower curtain in the bath. If one is a light sleeper, the roosters in the field behind like to crow several times in the early hours.

Summary: Enjoyable Stay, Terrific Breakfast
