This 3-bedroom craftsman-style house at a super convenient location which makes a terrific home with its thoughtful details throughout!
The upper floor primary bedroom impresses with its wall-to-wall mirrored cabinet that brightens up the room and ensuite bath. Two secondary rooms on this level enjoy easy access to a shared full bath. Most appliances are brand new or fairly new including brand new washer and dryer. Master and second bedrooms are furnished with brand new bed, mattresses and linens.
This home is situated close to freeway and the Del Norte BART station and nearby Hillside Natural Area/Park. It's super convenient, within a short walk of great restaurants and stores like Safeway, Starbucks, Walgreens. There is also a pedestrian and bike path that takes you to El Cerrito Plaza shopping center and to other cities.
If you are in transition, the garage is large enough for 2 cars with an attic for additional storage space, perfect for storing your belongings while moving. You can also park on the driveway.
If you are visiting or need a long term stay to work, it's a 2 minutes walk to BART, 8 minutes to Berkeley and 30 minutes to San Francisco.
