Summary: The location is perfect. There are lots of stores, restaurants and essentials nearby. You can walk to a grocery store. The landscape is beautiful but could be much better maintained. The foliage is lovely but completely blocked the path to the pool so we had to push pass them and they are huge and a bit heavy. The master bedroom had an issue with ants in the bathroom. The owners left Raid on the door. I had to spray several times a day. That was not cool. Also, the home was single family and they made it into two units to rent out. We could hear everything from the guests in the other unit. It seemed the bedrooms shared a wall. We heard everything from conversations to showers. That was a huge issue as we were jolted awake at 2am after the guests returned from their night out. The pool wasn't cleaned prior to our arrival. I request for them to send maintenance and was told to use the net to do it myself and the pool service would come Monday. That didn't happen. I also didn't like that we didn't have enough towels for the 5 person party. The owner did drop some off with the bug spray. You can't control the temperature in the home so you have to contact them to make adjustments. There is an A/C unit in the master bedroom that you can control. The beds were really comfortable and the linen was very nice. There is no dishwasher or full refrigerator, however they have two mini refrigerators. They also have two electric stove tops. The place was comfy and provided streaming options and two televisions. The main area looked remodeled. It seems that the master remodel was not completed. Overall it's a nice place with great potential once the maintenance issues are handled and the remodel is complete. Great for a family that will rent out both units.
