The house is quietly situated at the end of the long driveway. Only destination traffic comes to the holiday home. At the front, you'll find a sunny terrace/garden of about 30m2 facing south. Here you can enjoy outdoor living to the fullest. Have a wonderful breakfast, lunch, or dinner at the spacious 6-person table while enjoying the unique unobstructed view over the land. For extra comfort on warm days, a parasol is available for some shade.
Step inside and discover the well-equipped kitchen with stovetop, oven, dishwasher, and all necessary kitchen utensils. Easily prepare delicious meals and enjoy the tranquility together in your holiday cottage. The kettle and Nespresso machine are ready for your favorite hot drink.
At the heart of the home is a cozy 6-person dining table that connects the kitchen with the living room. After a day full of adventures, you can relax on the snug corner sofa while watching a movie on the flat-screen TV or playing games during a social evening.
On the ground floor, you'll find a nice double room with two single box spring beds (90x200cm), which can easily be pushed together to form a double bed (180x200cm). As everything is on one level on this floor, the house would also be suitable if someone with reduced mobility or difficulty walking is traveling.
The spacious bathroom offers a walk-in shower, bathtub, and double sink with a large illuminated mirror. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms. One room has two single box spring beds (90x200cm), bedside tables, and bed lighting. The room is wonderfully bright due to the two large skylights opposite each other.
On the other side of the first floor is the master bedroom with a box spring double bed with 2 separate mattresses (90x200cm), bedside tables, bed lighting, and a wide view over the fields through the special atmospheric round window. On both sides, there is also nice light coming in through the two skylights in the sloping roof.
For extra comfort, there is a washing machine available, so you can always have clean towels for a new day at the beach. There is also ample storage space for your luggage and other belongings.
Next to the house is space to store bicycles, ideal for exploring the surroundings. Parking is available at the front of the driveway, with space for 3 cars.
In the green strip, you'll find fun play equipment such as a trampoline, swing, and slide, perfect for hours of play. For the little ones, a foldable baby cot and a high chair are available.
