This traditional stone house stands in large grounds with lawns close to the sea.
The holiday home is set in approx. 6,000 m² of fenced parkland, with many trees and plants. There is a parking space on the grounds. You can play a game of pétanque in the courtyard. There is also a net on the lawn for children to play volleyball or badminton. There are wooden picnic tables, a parasol and a barbecue.
The holiday home, which measures around 110 m² and sleeps a maximum of nine people, is both comfortable and spacious. On the ground floor there is a living room with a large dining table, sofa and TV, and a kitchenette with electric oven, combination hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There are three bedrooms on the first floor. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a single bed and the third with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with bath on the same floor. There is a separate toilet. On the second floor of the house, there is a fourth bedroom with three single beds and a small shower room with shower cubicle and washbasin. The bedrooms are all furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers, coat rack, chairs and bedside tables.
The holiday home is approximately 400 m from the sea. The holiday home is within easy reach of shops selling everyday products, restaurants and a wide range of leisure facilities. The possibilities are endless: beach outings, angling, tennis, water sports, golf, horse-riding or walks along the many paths. Of course, you can also take trips to tourist destinations such as Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue, with its fishing port and yachting harbour, the fort on the island of Tatihou, one of Vauban's fortifications and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the oyster beds producing delicious oysters. A little further afield, you can discover the D-Day landing beaches along the English Channel. Don't hesitate to visit Cherbourg and its Cité de la Mer, the Gatteville lighthouse, the little port of Barfleur, the Cap de La Hague and the whole of the west coast with its varied landscapes.
