The Space:
You'll enter the apartment after parking on the street in front of this historic up/down duplex. This apartment is the upstairs unit and has a private front door to enter the space. From the street, you'll go up approx 6 steps and head right to the deck at the front door, and then another 2 steps to the private porch. We do have cameras on the exterior of the building which face the street.
Upon entering the front door, you'll find a bench with boot tray where you can take off your coat and shoes, and begin to relax. Head up 1 flight of stairs, and you'll enter the heart of the apartment with bedroom to your left, living room and kitchen forward, and bathroom to your right.
The bedroom has a comfy queen bed, walk in closet, luggage rack, and full-length mirror.
The living room is equipped with smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, modern sofa, coffee table and book shelf with games and books for guests to enjoy. Through the living room, you'll find the kitchen with dining table, laundry set and storage closet.
The kitchen contains basic cookware for making meals and baking. There is a blender, pots and pans, cookware, dishes, cups and coffee mugs, a drip coffee pot and local coffee provided. The stove and basic spices are great for homemade meals, and dishwasher-friendly dishes allow for easy cleanup.
The bathroom has toilet, pedestal sink with mirror, and walk-in shower. Toilet paper and bath towels provided.
The laundry is in the kitchen and contains 2-in-1 washer and dryer, and we provide laundry detergent for your use.
Air conditioning is a seasonal amenity. We only offer it between the end of May through September.
We do allow pets. Pet fee is $20 per day for the first pet, and $10 per day per additional pet.
Pets are not allowed to be left alone in the apartment, and should be on a leash or in a crate when outside of the apartment. We do not have a fenced yard.

While most reservations go through without a hitch, we understand that sometimes things happen. We want to offer our guests the best and most price-effective option for those incidents that we hope do not occur. We found that damage deposits can be costly, frustrating and we don't want to hold any of your hard-earned money 'just in case'.
For Airbnb reservations: We do not charge a damage deposit on site because Airbnb offers AirCover.
For non-Airbnb reservations: We charge a nightly fee for damage insurance in lieu of charging a damage deposit. This fee is nonrefundable and should be added to your reservation at checkout. If it is not, we will contact you to process payment for this charge. This fee pays for protection through a third-party company and covers property damage that may occur during your stay.
After booking confirmation, you have the option to purchase third-party travel insurance for up to 14 days prior to your stay. Please reach out via message if you're interested in travel insurance.
