This property is located on Neptune Avenue, between Stone Steps Beach and Beacons Beach in Leucadia. The owner is an artist, and the home is filled with beautiful and colorful artwork. Saltillo tile flooring with colorful countertop tile will greet you when you enter. There is a full kitchen that includes an island with barstools. The kitchen is well-equipped for creating lots of great meals. The spacious Great Room includes a comfortable seating area, freestanding fireplace, large skylight, TV and dining area. Large windows frame the view, looking out onto a spacious wrap-around deck with outdoor furniture to relax in, and a jungle of bamboo, eucalyptus trees and bouganvilla to enjoy.
