We are located in a 45+ YEAR OLD community called ‘The Grand’. (NO CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED) Our lovely home is 1300 Sq. Ft with 2 bedrooms & 2 baths. It is extremely comfortable & has everything you'll need! Option of using our golf cart with your 30 day lease for additional $350 per month
You'll be very close to the 'Adobe Center' (Has Access Fees) which has 3 pools, a large gym, an indoor walking track & very close to 'The Grand Cafe' & ‘’ Maple & Rye' Restaurant
The space
We've made nice updates of granite counter tops in the Kitchen and bathrooms. It is decorated with original art by my husband 'Greg' ~ It is very comfy & cozy. The back patio is great in the AM for a cup of coffee and the front patio is wonderful for a night cap!
