Our very large swimming pool (12m x 6m) is located on a bute with a breathtaking view of the Chalosse, it is heated from April to October, there is a poolhouse at the pool with shower, sink and toilet, as well as many water games for children.
Our animal park, meanwhile will make the happiness of the whole family.
Gite d'Aliénor is a 4-star cottage in a renovated 19th century farmhouse. The cottage is on one level, with a capacity of 10 people, it comprises a total of 4 bedrooms, 3 double bedrooms (2 bedrooms with queen size bed 160 x 200, one with 2 beds of 100 x 200) and a central room, the Aliénor room of Aquitaine which is the quadruple family room furnished in solid ebony Napoleon III and a sofa bed 2 places in 140 x 190. All the bedding is new and big brand, there are 4 pillows per room for your comfort. There are of course two bathrooms, one with walk-in shower and whirlpool (jacuzzi) and two separate toilets. The spacious living room with exposed beams (44 m2) is equipped with a fireplace and a bar. The very large Landes kitchen opens onto a covered terrace overlooking the park.
The cottage is equipped luxury with Wifi Adsl 2, TNT, DVD player, Blue Ray, DVD library, board games, games for children etc ... and all appliances, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave , TV etc ... is new. The surface of the deposit is 183 m2 and that of the park is 31 000 m2.
Ideally located 1500 m from the Adour and its innumerable walks in the undergrowth, 10 minutes from Tartas, famous for its equestrian activities, a small medieval town crossed by a river that can be descended by canoe and where find everything, a large Intermarché, a Netto, a Carrefour and a Leader Price. We are also a quarter of an hour from Dax, the sub-prefecture of Landes, a Roman city whose virtues thermal waters are not to boast and also very close (~ 30 minutes) of the Basque Country, Béarn, Pyrenees and of course all the beaches of the Côte d'Argent (Hossegor ....)
