As you step inside, you'll be greeted with breathtaking views of the lake and lawns through the giant windows, you’ll even see how the sunset pours colors into the house at "golden hour". Gather in the cozy living room, where you can enjoy the smart TV with satellite/cable channels. The fully stocked commercial kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and all the necessary appliances, invites you to unleash your culinary skills and savor delicious meals. We even offer a high chair for the little ones!
Unwind in the outdoor oasis, where you can take a refreshing dip in the sparkling pool (seasonal), soak in the bubbling hot tub, or gather around the multiple fire pits under the starry sky. Venture out and discover the nearby points of interest, including the captivating Weiss Lake where you can use our complimentary kayaks, Jon boat, or canoe to explore the open waters. Gather friends & family and play corn hole, beach volleyball, life size chess, play in the sand area or on the playground, make some delicious food on the grill, cozy up by the fire pit and roast some s'mores, swim or kayak in the cleanest water on Weiss Lake, and watch AMAZING sunsets from the dock! You can even throw some drinks in the coolers we provide, and plan a whole day of fishing from the many convenient areas on the property including the dock, boat ramp, and anywhere on the shoreline.
Indulge in the property's abundant amenities, from the resort game room with a pool table, foosball, arcade games, skee ball, and ping pong, to the brand new resort outdoor kitchen with a large propane grill, sink, refrigerator, and plenty of counter space! Enjoy the convenience of a resort washing machine and dryer, as well as the complimentary Wi-Fi, ensuring you stay connected throughout your stay.

Have boats or watercraft of your own? Bring them! There is a boat ramp right onsite and plenty of room for your trailers, as well as docking. The water comes right out of the mountains and dumps right at our feet. Great fishing as well in season. We are actually in one of the best areas to fish, right near Little River and Spring Creek!
***The home is broken up into a couple units so you may hear people walking or hear voices in some areas. The 150 year old floors squeak in places too. That adds to the charm and excitement of staying in an old home but it is not for everyone. Just want you to know before you book. :-) You are not renting the entire house; this unit is the entire main floor and an en suite bedroom upstairs. The upstairs foyer has two other doors that are locked from both sides for privacy. You can hear voices in the hall if people are talking but the bedrooms seem to have more privacy inside. Nothing is sound proof in this house so it is kinda like a B&B without the breakfast.
Close to Pirate's Bay (water park), DeSoto Falls, Cherokee Rock Village, Little River Canyon, Orbitz Glassblowing, snow skiing, horseback riding, endless trails, rappelling, caving and ziplining. We are in the ABC triangle meaning we are an hour & a half from the Atlanta, Birmingham, & Chattanooga Airports.
