Summary: My experience at this property was not great. The property owner was responsive when we ran into issues so that was good. However the primary reason for giving it a low rating is the first floor had a persistent smoke smell which did not go away after 3 days. The first night I slept on the first floor my sinuses were very inflamed the next day. My kids who were on the trip with us chose to stay with family on the second and third night because of the smell. The only reason I lasted 3 nights was because after my kids chose not to return, I moved upstairs the last 2 nights where the smell was better. After bringing it up to the property owner, they sent someone to spray the place which helped some but did not fix the underlying issue. It definitely put a damper on our weekend. I would not recommend this place because of that. This is my first ever negative review of a rental and really hope it leads to the property manager fixing the underlying reason for this smell for other tenants in the future.
