Canal views, On the HIGHLY sought after Sombrero Beach!!! You can also rent our 27" Catamaran Boat for a week or bring your own boat we have a 85ft. Deep Water Dock (my 27' foot boat sits in a lift so you get 65 foot to use) 10 minute ride through the famed Sisters Creek to the open ocean, 15 minute to the seven mile bridge, six NM to Sombrero Reef, Huge Pool and Jacuzzi, Covered Outdoor Kitchen with Commercial Stainless Appliances, Outdoor Pool Table, Pool side Full Bathroom. And Brand-New Tiki Hut with table and chairs - dinning for 10 people outdoors.
We rent the entire House ONLY - here is the house layout:
First Floor "In Law" suite with 2 bedrooms (2 King size beds) and 1 bath shared with Kitchen and Living room, Pull-out sofa sleeper (Queen size bed) in living room.
Main House: Second Floor in House has 3 Bedrooms (2 King size beds and 1 Queen size bed) and 2 bathrooms, Huge and fully stocked kitchen, with covered deck just off dining room / kitchen area. HD TVs, Wi-Fi, Cable TV.
Third Floor is the "Bridal Suit" (1 King Size bed) with total privacy a private bath with shower and Jacuzzi tub. The balcony overlooks the ocean side and the back balcony the swimming pool and canal for beautiful sunsets.
Awesome Views from Huge Decks, Imported Italian Marble floors throughout, huge Master Suite with even bigger deck, half covered / shaded half open / sunning.
Sombrero Beach is walking distance ½ mile we have a wagon, beach chairs and beach towels. Love to Kayak (you can rent kayaks) and they deliver to the house. And you can also fish off the dock. (No fishing poles you can rent or grab some at Publix.)

Parking for boat trailers. For those of you that love to cook we have a full size commercial outdoor kitchen with gas stove, huge fridge and freeze, griddle, BBQ grill for family and friends.
Fabulous outdoor water sports like; boating, fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, parasailing, kayaking, paddle boarding, jet skiing, sailing, wind surfing, etc. Marathon Florida offers nature trails, running, biking and hiking trails. Nature loves to enjoy guided water tours to see all kind of sea life.
With so much you can enjoy even relaxing by the ocean shore and basking in the sun on the beach. Beautiful sun sets and sun rises whatever takes your breath away!
Guests have the whole Villa to themselves the outside door downstairs next to the outdoor kitchen can only be accessed by the person we have a credit card on file of the person who is responsible for all the fishing and lobster equipment. If anything is broken or missing from this closet, we will have to be reimbursed for the next guests to enjoy.

We're within walking distance to Sombrero Beach a highly sought after Beautiful beach in Marathon. Sombrero Beach is also a dog friendly beach so bring “Fido” if you like but keep your pet on a leash, please and pack pick-up bags. There is a puppy shower at the beach for your pet after they enjoy the beach.
Marathon is world renown for the best fishing, deep-water fishing and flats fishing you name it. We have the Lobster festival every year. Nice restaurants and bars with plenty of activities to do with the kids. Guest enjoys going to the Dolphin entertainment centers, turtle hospital and other types of activities. Most of all people come here to fish and we have provided a private boat dock and fish cutting table to make your fishing day a great day on the water!
We are walking 1/2 distance to Publix and K-Mart, 1/2 mile to Sombrero Beach. If you want to rent bikes the company is close and will drop the bikes off and later pick them up for you if you don't have a car. It is easy to get around in Marathon in a car.
There are limos to take groups to Key West only an Hour and 5 minutes away. The Marathon airport is 5 minutes away from the house.
We have a 27' Catamaran boat on the boat lift to rent for fishing or boating. So, you could rent it for a day or the whole week let us know. Just ask us when you would like to rent it and we can accommodate you during your stay.
We have a *5 ft. deep water dock for your boats with water and electric.
Outdoor cameras covering outdoor parking lot, pool, hot tub, and boat dock for the protection of the property and guest's property too. Just a general coverage of these areas for insurance. Nothing indoors just outside.
