Die separate Einbauküche ist ausgestattet mit Toaster, Wasserkocher, Filter- Kaffeemaschine, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Töpfen, Geschirr und Besteck. Ihr Auto parkt sicher vor dem Haus und durch die zentrale Lage können sie alle Annehmlichkeiten schnell zu Fuß erreichen. Für ihre Fahrräder steht eine Garage zur Verfügung.
