The home is named 'Salty Aiire' and was one of the first homes brought by barge into the area from neighboring Nantucket Island. The house is at the end of Cape Cod Ave with only one house between us and the beach . No loading everyone in the car . So sweet .
Avoid the traffic of the Cape and still be close enough for easy day trips.
This house has it all! Four bedrooms , 3 baths and a gorgeous large outside cedar shower and dressing area. Here is how it is layed out
The second floor has a large Great Room with vaulted ceilings, equipped with gaming table,coffee station , large TV, working wood fireplace, queen sofa bed, a full wall of windows and an ocean view! This floor also has a spacious bedroom with walk out access to a large roof deck and more ocean views. Full bath with tub on this level
The main floor has two bedrooms. One with twin beds , the other has 1 queen bed.
Also on this level is the Kitchen, laundry washer and dryer and full bath. Off the main foor hallway is a large 20x30sf screened porch with comfortabe seating, a large teak dinning table with seating for 8 and a 50" TV.
An outside staircase leads you to the courtyard . On this level is a private appartment lovingly called the Captain's Quarters. The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed , kithen with dining area, a full bath , and another room with a brand new trundle bed . Just off the Captain's quarters is another small deck with comfortable seating.
Nothing was spared on the grounds of this beach home. The back yard was converted to a full stone patio complete with a fireplace , wood fired pizza oven and lovely gardens on all three sides .The entire yard is enclosed with beautiful cedar fencing. Roses. hydrangea, and lots of green provide totally peaceful private space with Adirondack chairs and another large umbrella dinning table. Also on this level is a large outdoor shower with a dressing area.
This house can sleep 10 easily. All bed linens. house towels (byo beach towels) small appliances ,dishes.flatware as well as 6 beach chairs are included. Dogs are considered with a signed pet agreement if approved.
