This spacious 3 bedroom is right on the water and not far from the Nayanquing Point. You can see it from the main living area. Which is an area that used by many duck hunters and fisherman.
The open concept floor plan is great for gathering and laughing with friends. This is a one story home which allows for easy movement throughout your stay. (1step at entrances) You can comfortably sleep 8 People. Linens are provided for your convenience. There is a washer and dryer that will also be available to you. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook a great meal. (pans, utensils, glasses, plates, etc.) Meat markets and stores are close. If cooking isn't your thing. No worries, Linwood has some great restaurants and pubs. Bay City is about 20 minutes away and is filled with some amazing restaurants.
Linwood Marina is less than 5 minutes away. Which has 4 launch spaces and a store.
This home isn't just for those that fish or hunt. Golfers can also enjoy this space. There are 2 golf courses within 10 minutes from this home! And several more around the area.
