Positive: The breakfast staff was excellent!
Negative: The front desk staff don’t have customer service skills, nor does the female bartender at the manager reception. Wanted adjoining rooms but front desk staff didn’t do anything. Asked for a 1-hr extension on check out after spending $2,000 on rooms and was told if we were a minute late on check out, there would be a $75 charge. Asked for help with a shuttle or taxi to airport and was told to take care of it myself. Very rude people taking care of your customers.
