Completely renovated in 2023, it offers 2 beautiful bedrooms, a balcony with sea view, as well as a careful decoration. Located between the beach and the Old Port it is the ideal place to be able to benefit from the softness of life of Marseilles.
Composition of the apartment:
El Catalan is located on the 8th floor with elevator, which will allow you to enjoy a beautiful sea view from outside the apartment. You will be charmed by its decoration and the general arrangement which make it a very pleasant place to live. You will enter in a corridor which serves on the left the 2 bedrooms. The first one is the child's room equipped with a bunk bed for 3 persons. The second bedroom is the master bedroom. You then enter the main room with a beautiful open kitchen, a dining room on the left and the living room on the right with a full access to the outside ideal for meals with sea view.
The apartment is fully equipped to make you feel at home: air conditioning / Wifi / washing machine / dishwasher / Nespresso coffee machine / welcome coffee capsules offered.
Attention: The building is poorly soundproofed. We ask you to pay attention and respect the neighborhood, especially at night.
