Summary: Friendly and polite staff, excellent service, good breakfast and late night free noodles, free ice cream bars and yogurt drink, large hot spring bath, loaner umbrellas, comfortable toilet. Laundry facilities were easy to use.The only drawback was the type of room vantage sink which was too easy to wet my cloth when using the sink because of its design. The bedside light stand was tiny, inconvenient for holding off hand items for bed time. Another thing was the wet floor of the public bath locker room. I consider that a big issue because my barefoot stepped on the wet floor. I believe a good hotel like Dormy can solve this issue very easily. I strongly recommend this hotel.
