The luscious Bamboo Garden sits on a huge backyard patio. On one corner you will find the Hammock area where you can swing your worries away and nap after a day at the beach. At the opposite corner you will find a seating area with an exceptional view of the tranquil water fountain. These features are received by a seating area under the flamboyant tree where you can relax and listen to nature.
The BBQ area has a brand new propane grill.
From the front, as you enter the house you are greeted by the foyer and living room. From the plush couch you can stream your favorite shows on the family area SmartTV flat screen. The dining area sits six (6) guests and the house is equipped with all the dinnerware you will need.
Across the living room sits bedroom #2 with a Queen bed, bedroom #3 with a Queen bed and adjoining bathroom, both equipped with SmartTVs. Followed by bedroom #4 with a loveseat reading chair converts into twin sleeper. Independent A/C units in each bedroom so each guest can pick their favorite room temperature… not too hot, not too cold, just right!
As you walk down the hallway you are greeted by the master bedroom foyer, lockable door, and private bathroom. The master bedroom has a desk, chair, SmartTV, individual A/C unit and even its own gated private patio accessible from the bedroom.
The kitchen is stocked with kitchenware, bakeware, pots & pan, dishes, glasses, flatware and includes appliances like drip and K-cup coffee maker, blender, waffle maker, toaster, etc. The laundry is equipped with full sized washer and dryer, ironing board, and cleaning gear (because life happens).
Your property will be outfitted with SmartHost, the first in-unit, interactive hospitality guidebook that beautifully displays all the information guests need to craft the perfect vacation.
