Beach house located on Bluff overlooking the harbor. Steps to beach and swimming. Perfect for kids. View of the water from every room, on one acre, 26 acres of undeveloped land to right, smaller cottage to left. Large deck. Faces Northwest. Beautiful sunsets.
First floor: Open dining room, kitchen, and living room area with fireplace; Guest bedroom with full bath. Laundry and storage room.
Second Floor - Master bedroom with bath and deck, Romp area with two small bedrooms (first with two twins; second with bunk bed and share full bath. Cathedral ceilings.
One of a few non-mansions on the water. Build as our families summer home in 1972. Enjoy the views, walking on the beach, swimming, boating as well as all Nantucket has to offer.
Entrance to the Coatue/Coskata Reserve just up the road where fishing is great in Atlantic or Sound. (Need 4wd). 6 miles to town 3 miles to Sconset. Both nice bike rides.
