The recently renovated 2,000 SF loft has an expansive kitchen with state of the art appliances and refined finishes, brand new furniture (including memory foam beds!), walk in-showers, in-unit laundry, exposed brick walls, 11' ceilings, and plenty of storage and tons of authentic New Orleans charm. Open concept kitchen and living room designed for entertaining larger groups features a pool/ping pong table, disco ball, and a Sonos sound system.

- Bedroom 1 has 2 queen beds
- Bedroom 2 has 2 bunk beds with full sized mattresses on the bottom and single beds on the top

All bathrooms feature beautiful tile work, quartz countertops, and essential toiletries. The primary bath boasts an oversized glass shower with tons of natural light.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is complete with oven, gas stove, microwave, 12 cup coffee maker, french press, blender, toaster, and plenty of custom wood counter space, an abundance of cabinets and it’s equipped with all the essential cookware.

Guest Access:
Dedicated private access door just off of Magazine Street. You enter the front door at ground level, and walk up 14 stairs that will open up into the living area.
Guests will receive a code for the keypad lock prior to check-in. The code is changed between each guest for safety purposes.
The entire home and private balcony is for your exclusive use.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is on the border of the historic Garden District and the hip Irish Channel, walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and shops. It's located on New Orleans' main commercial corridor, Magazine Street, and it's a leisurely streetcar ride to the French Quarter.
Getting Around:
You can enjoy all that New Orleans has to offer in about a short 10 min Uber ride to Downtown NOLA, Bourbon Street, Smoothie King Arena, Mercedes Benz Superdome, The Convention Center, Frenchmen St, Marigny, French Market and more.
The famous New Orleans streetcar is just a 10 minute walk through the beautiful Garden District.
