Since this is a studio, a lot of things have been downsized. Although the kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked, they are smaller than normal, which is something to keep in mind for accessibility. Some higher cabinets are pretty tall and you may need to use a small step ladder to reach them (although I tried not to put many things in top cabinets). Please take this into consideration before booking.
Eugene is home to many restaurants, bike/walking paths, and hikes that should definitely be taken advantage of. The closest hike is Skinner’s Butte if you’re looking for a quick, easy hike. An additional 10-15 minutes will bring you to Spencer’s Butte or Mt Pisgah, which are more challenging but very enjoyable. Additionally, there are many walking/bike paths that go on for miles, and showcase the beauty of the PNW well.
Despite there not being a washer/dryer on-site, the closest laundromat is only a couple of minutes away!
