Summary:
Our beautiful home includes a gourmet kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Five miles from the beach and close to Marina Del Rey, Venice, and SM. Our community is patrolled, safe and very walkable. This house has beautiful back yard with sitting area. We're located in quiet residential neighborhood very close to major stores. Being just 10 minutes away from LAX, this house situated centrally to major tourist attractions in LA. This unit is not suitable for any type of gatherings/events.
The Space:
A well designed 1,650 s.f. with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, enough space for a group as large as 7 ppl! This house is located in a huge lot (over 7,400 s.f.) with very large back yard perfect for outdoor hangouts.
Guest Access:
Guests can access the entire property. This house accommodate key-less entry. (Smart Lock)
The Neighborhood:
Very safe and super friendly neighborhood. The house perimeter however is equipped with smart lights and surveillance system to make you feel safe and at home. I'd just encourage guest to respect the quiet hours after 11:30 pm to contribute to a peaceful neighborhood.
Getting Around:
Very close to LAX (airport), quick drive to major beaches (Santa Monica, Venice, El Segundo, Huntington ...) and easy access to DT LA (15 min drive).
Interaction with Guests:
The host does not reside on the property, however, we try to check on every guest as frequent as possible to address their needs.
Depending on the time and day of the week, maintenance issues can take up to few hours to be addressed. Evening/night-time issues will have to be taken care of the next business day.

Summary: This house is just as advertised. First thing that caught my eye was the nice looking and very comfortable sofa - hard to find at vacation rental homes. Also, the kitchen was so nice and roomy; would have been perfect with a few more cooking utensils. Loved the dining table; my family enjoys our meals together at the table and this one was beautiful. The house had many orginal features that we enjoy, from hardwood floors, the walk in closests, built ins and phone nook to more modern kitchen and bathrooms. The bedrooms are good sizes, and the beds are adequate....a little small and low to the ground for our personal preference, but okay for a short time. Cubier was very reponsive by email, answered questions quickly and accommodated special requests by us. We appreciate the flexibility and reccommend staying at one of their properties. Overall we were very happy and enjoyed the neighborhood and local eateries during our stay.
