Added Plus - it is just as close to the Saco River - you can put your kayak in at high tide right from the end of the property into the river tidal marsh. A large deck, with a corner view of the Saco River. The screened-in front porch is great night relaxing or enjoy the outside fire with the open fire pit. Fireworks close by every Thurs. night in season. Small ocean community just minutes from amusements, water slides, hiking in the state forest, and monkey ropes or quiet walks to the Marina or General Store. Marina, fishing and harbor cruises a short walk away. The ocean, beach, river and views, forests, and amusements make the best of all worlds for vacation.
