This spacious 4BD/2BA comes packed with amazing multifunctional features that will help you feel right at home.
For the traveling workers: 3 of the rooms have workstations/TVs, and there's a 4th foldable/portable desk in the common area with a monitor, keyboard, and mouse to hook up to.
All bedrooms come equipped with a Kwikset smart lock for added privacy and security if you're traveling as a group of individual workers, and they can easily be disabled when you're traveling with family and friends. Each bedroom also has a HEPA air filter. All room chairs are foldable and can be used to add additional seating to the dining table, living room, or backyard so everyone can sit together in the home.
The living room contains a 65" Smart TV for all your group entertainment needs.
For our families traveling with little ones, we also can provide a travel crib and high chairs upon request for babies and infants--please inquire for more information!
Last but certainly not least, our kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stovetop & oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, full size refrigerator, colanders, large mixing bowls, dinnerware & wine set for 8, cooking utensils, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, blender, and electric water boiler. We've got a Blackstone Griddle with built-in air fryer baskets. We've got plenty of pots, pans, bakeware, griddle tools, spices--perfect for those who love to cook while they're here.
Our backyard is fully fenced for privacy, and we've got a grassy lawn and privacy hedge in the front.
Whether your group members want individual privacy or togetherness on the property, we've got you.

1. Smoking (or vaping) is NOT allowed in the unit or on the property.
2. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. The Homeowner has not represented this unit as an event facility; therefore, there is a limit to the number of any visitors at any one time (in addition to registered occupants) of four (4). At no time may any of these visitors remain overnight or assume any guest privileges whatsoever, including but not limited to the use of the shower, bedrooms, kitchen, or outdoor BBQ.
3. The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order, and do not rearrange or move the furniture in the unit other than the 2 portable/foldable desks and 4 folding chairs. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
5. We allow children with the following stipulations:
- Guests are responsible for any and all necessary 'baby proofing'.
- Children under age 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
6. The use of the high-speed broadband internet connection is subject to the terms and conditions
set forth by Comcast, Inc.
7. Two guest vehicles are allowed in the host driveway, and two vehicles are allowed to be parked on the street directly in front of the property.
8. There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit,
daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
9. Up to 2 pets are allowed on the property, and any extra cleaning fees due to damages, stains, dirt, etc. will be passed along to the Guest party.
10. Late check-out and early check-in are $25 per hour and must be approved by the host first.
