A light, airy haven 2 minutes from 12 South, one of Nashville's best shopping and restaurant districts. We are about 2 blocks from Lipscomb University, and just over a mile from Belmont University - perfectly situated for parents visiting college kids.
Guests can park in their own dedicated parking space, then enter this apartment by a separate entrance. One flight of carpeted stairs leads up to the living space.

We are also a mile or less from Belmont and Lipscomb University, so if you're a parent looking to move your student in or visit them for the weekend, we are a great spot for quick access to campus!
