This gîte, completely renovated in April 2017, is located in the heart of Saint Remèze, in the south of the Ardèche, 10 minutes from the Caverne du Pont d'Arc and 15 minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc.
In this charming little village which was once fortified, the "castle", the Romanesque church, a few fountains and a wash-house will mark your visit. At the heart of the Gorges de l'Ardèche Nature Reserve, between the Rhône Valley and the Dent de Rez Massif, Saint Remèze enjoys an incomparable geographical location.
With a sun present more than 300 days a year, its vineyards, lavender, hiking and swimming places nearby, it is a place conducive to vacationing.
DESCRIPTION: Cottage of 57 m² - 2 bedrooms - terrace - a courtyard
On the ground floor:
A quiet and secure terrace with a large table and 6 armchairs.
Large living room of approximately 30 m² including a sitting area (sofa, sideboard and flat screen TV), a dining room (large solid wood table and storage unit), an American kitchen (ceramic hob, freezer, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, microwave oven (no washing machine or dishwasher) and a bathroom.
Upstairs: a mezzanine bedroom with a 140x190 bed, 2 bedside tables, 1 armchair and a large old wardrobe.
A 2nd bedroom with Velux window: a 140x190 bed, a baby bed or an 80x190 extra bed, 1 wardrobe + wardrobe and 2 bedside tables.
Below, a small "courtyard" if you want to store a stroller and / or bicycle.

PRICE: from 300 € to 370 € the week for 1/4 people (linen & cleaning option in supplement)
A deposit check of 350 € is requested upon arrival. It will be returned within 2 weeks by post or email.
