It is within a few minutes walking distance to Tropical Point Park with available water access point for kayaks and small boats, 4 miles to local shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and under 5 miles to Matlacha - a small island known for colorful arts and fishing community.
This property was completely renovated in early March 2023. The interior of this property is more beautiful than before; it has been redesigned with a modern looking and with an open floor concept. It has new drywalls, new paint of course, all new doors, new floors, new kitchen cabinets as well as many new appliances. Most furniture is relatively new too.
This one floor cottage comfortably sleeps 5, 6 people: the master bedroom has a queen size bed and a full private bathroom, the second bedroom has a full-size bed, and the third bedroom has two twin size beds. There is a shared full bathroom at the hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dinnerware, drinkware, etc. Just grab some groceries at the market and cook a meal or visit the wonderful moms and pops restaurants nearby. There're 2 smart TVs, 2 bikes available in the premises and a beautifully heated swimming pool for your enjoyment; and full washer and dryer for your convenience.
