3 Bedroom House in Mills River
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Ideally situated on the county line of Transylvania County (waterfalls, mountain biking, hiking, breweries, downtown Brevard) & Henderson county (Sierra Nevada Brewery, horse back riding, Apple festival, downtown Hendersonville). The whole house is yours, an older brick cottage a with completely remodeled luxury interior. Live inside or outside, and enjoy your vacation in the NC mountains.
The space
The main floor consists of all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry. There is a front porch and a covered carport where we have an outdoor table and seating for six. There’s also an uncovered picnic table that can seat more. The house sits on 3 acres and we live on the property next to it. The main road is visible from the front of the house but while inside the house you can’t hear traffic. There’s not really a lot of traffic out here anyway.
Guest access
We generally keep the basement locked and just store lawnmowers and things like that for maintenance down there. So the whole main floor and all the outdoor spaces are yours to use.
Other things to note
We have a whole house water filter that filters all the water you would use. Feel free to set the air condition to any temperature you would like and just turn it up to 78° when you leave. The gas fireplace is off for the summer and we will turn it back on in October.
