THE SPACE
Our newly updated homely place comfortably sleeps 5 guests, including 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen, dining area, balcony and yard. Carpeted throughout except for the kitchen and bath which have new floors. It is sparkling clean and ready to be enjoyed.
Bedrooms
Both bedrooms have a fun sea themed decor which you’ll definitely enjoy chilling and napping there as these lovely additions compliment the overall calm cozy vibe of the rooms. Also, all of our queen-size beds have super comfortable new mattresses and high-thread-count linens to ensure you get a great night's rest.

The apartment offers a full bathroom with a sink, toilet, and a bathtub or shower for washing up after a long day of adventure.
Living room, Kitchen & Dining area
Relish beautiful moments in the combined space of living room, dining area and kitchen. In the living room, sit and relax on the comfortable sofa, turn on the HDTV and watch big matches or arrange movie marathons with your friends. In case you’re hungry, move to the kitchen and make some popcorn to eat during the movie, using the microwave. Unless, you crave for an actual meal, then amenities such as cooking basics, pots and pans, oil, salt and pepper, stove, oven, dishes and silverware, bowls, chopsticks, plates, cups, etc dishwasher, are all available to use. To eat your meals, transfer to the dining table which is next to the kitchen. Especially in the morning, use the coffee maker, grab your coffee, take a seat by the table next to the window and let the morning light soothe you as you comfortably sip on your drink.

Take time to relax outside using the spaces of the yard and balcony. The fenced yard is perfect for chilling and the balcony is a great way to take in nature and enjoy the green scenery.

GETTING AROUND
The Seattle light rail is approximately 3 or 4 miles away. The Sounder train is less than a minute away. Uber or Lyft services the area too. Bus stops are within blocks away both east and west of here.
There are several different kinds of food stores and fabulous restaurants of all kinds around and close by to enjoy at any time. Safeway, Fred Meyer, Dollar store, Grocery Outlet, grocery stores are all also within blocks of here so you should be able to take care all your basic needs and wants with ease.The home is 8-15 mins drive from Pho Saigon Garden (Vietnamese fare in basic surrounds), there is also Maggie’s On Meeker (breakfast & lunch dishes in a cozy space), CaveMan Kitchen (Variety of meats smoked with local wood), Thai Chili Restaurant (Casual family-owned spot for Thai fare), Duke’s Seafood & Chowder (Casual option for seafoods and cocktails), Grandma Thai Cuisine (Low-key outfit for classic Thai dishes), Big Boys Kainan (simple cafe for Hawaiian & Filipino fare). If you wish to see bands and play pool in one of our local bars. The home is 6-8 mins drive from The Harp Bar and Restaurant (Irish pub with classic fare & a patio), Stimpy’s Sports Bar and Grill, JJ’s Bar and Grill, Meeker Street Bar and Grill and the Monte Carlo Pub! The Light Rail Transit system plans to extend its tracks right through this general area in the near years ahead and plans call for local boarding stations to be built just blocks away. This is great news for getting to the airport or into Seattle and in the future into Tacoma.
