This apartment is located in the city center of Antibes, on the famous boulevard Albert I, linking the city center, the old town and the district of the Salis. This accommodation is ideal for your business trips or for your family holidays!
This accommodation consists of:
- Entrance leading to kitchen, sleeping area, living room
- Independent fully equipped kitchen overlooking on a balcony where you can have a lunch for two ( fully equipped: hotplate, oven, microwave, espresso machine).
- Living room with a large sofa, TV WITHOUT CHANNELS, ONLY BY WIFI ON MOLOTOV, YOUTUBE, NETFLIX. WIFI and a dining area with a beautiful dining table for 4 people in the living room overlooking on a spacious balcony.
The sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: double bed with storage space in wardrobe, storage unit, view overlooking on the interior courtyard of the residence.
- Separate WC with washbasin
- Shower room: Italian shower, double washbasin
- Bedroom 2: separates from the living room via a pocket door; double bed, storage with wardrobe, balcony crossing with the living room.
## Interaction
I am available by phone and WhatsApp and can move me when needed throughout your stay. I will wait for you in front of the entrance of the residence to welcome you and give you the keys upon your arrival. Note that arrivals are no later than 8 PM.
## Access
Guests have access to the entire apartment except closets in the hallway for personal use of the owner.
## Neighborhood
The apartment is located on the Boulevard Albert I in Antibes, just 500 meters away from the Place de General de Gaulle and 650 meters away from the famous Picasso Museum in the old town of Antibes.
In the surrounding area you will find many shops, restaurants and services. This location is ideal because close to the old Antibes between the ramparts of this historic district where it is very pleasant to get lost.

The bus stop 200 (for / from Nice Airport) is located 2 minutes walk from the apartment.
The train station is located 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
## Notes
In order to take full advantage of these small pedestrian streets, I recommend you park your car in one of the private car parks such as the Vinci located a few meters from the apartment.
We offer luxury amenities, sheets and shower towels are included in the rental price. Bathroom kits are also included per person (shampoo, shower gel, soap).
Cleaning is also included in the rental price. The dishes must however be cleaned and the bins thrown away.
