Positive: A nice private apartment, suitable for a family of 4. Well equipped with all the necessary stuff, kitchenware, bed linen and towels were provided. Large living room with a convertible sofa and a bedroom of a decent size with some place to work, if you need it. Private parking in a closed garage on the ground floor. Elevator right from the parking place up to the apartment door, very practical for hauling luggage. The host was very friendly and helpful.
Negative: A bit far from the ski lifts to walk there on foot in ski boots with skis in hand. The better choice is either to go to the lifts by car (there are large parking lots nearby) or find a ski rental with overnight storage in the lifts area (there are some which provide this service for personal equipment as well as rented). On foot in normal boots it's around 10 minutes walk. It might be good or not, depending on your preferences: this is not a kind of "always for rent" type of accommodation but a private apartment with some personal belongings of the host family. It's nice and elegant, not annoying at all and didn't bother us, but worth noting. No dish-washing machine. Not sure about the Internet — we didn't ask the host so I'm not certain but there was no any sign of open WiFi or something like. Better double check with the host if it's important. Mobile network coverage was good (not always the case in mountain areas). There is no place to walk next to the residential building, so if you need to walk your kids, better go to the playground about 500 meters away.
